Boosts are additional advertising options you have access to. We’re always expanding our network of advertising options for local events, but the primary options are Featured Listings at the top of community calendars, newsletter placement, email blasts to event-seekers, and TikTok features in select markets.

Under our Enhanced and Premium Tier Plans, we’ve built out options to save you even more time.

You can use Link Imports to give us event details in the form of a URL to a webpage. We’ll format that information for our website and submit it for you.

You can also use Auto-Imports to give us a webpage to crawl twice a week and we’ll automatically import any new events you post there. This works great with ticketing pages like Eventbrite and eTix as well as calendars on your website.

The Basic plan promotes in a single market, the Enhanced plan up to 5 markets, and the Premium plan allows promotion in up to 150 markets.

A market is based on the calendar networks. Cities generally have a broad metro area market and then sub-markets if you’re more interested in a specific sub-segment of a city.

You can sign up directly on the website by choosing your desired plan, selecting the billing cycle, and entering the number of events you plan to promote.

The pricing models are based on a per-event basis with no additional fees mentioned for the subscription tiers outlined.

There are no additional setup fees or cancellation fees. 

You can choose to purchase boosts in addition to your subscription, but this is not required.

You can promote events that are hosted locally. If your organization hosts events in more than one market you can manage all of those events under one account with the Enhanced or Premium Plans.

You cannot submit an event hosted in one market to be promoted in another market usually. This is only because those local community calendars will not accept events from other cities/markets.

You can, however, purchase boosts like Featured Listings at the top of key calendars in other markets to reach event-seekers in those markets for an event not hosted there.

Vesta is used by a wide range of event organizers, including breweries, theaters, vineyards, bar crawls, gallery events, paint and sips, and various other venues. It’s suitable for a diverse array of event types.

As long as your events are not inciting violence, promoting hate speech, or promoting scams, we accept your events. The local community calendars reserve the right to accept/deny events we submit to them on a case-by-case basis.

Vesta sends report emails on completed submissions, providing insights into the reach and engagement of your event promotions. You also have a dashboard that shows your results and estimated reach of your postings.
