Last year, they started using Vesta to increase their event promotion for the Halloween Bar Crawl and generated over 8,553 new referrals (what is a referral from Vesta.) Who is Crawl With US™?
Crawl With US™ is a national social event planning company that hosts themed bar crawls in over 100 cities across the US.
They create an exciting environment around their events by hosting a costume contest (for their Halloween Crawl), giving Crawl With Us™ swag to attendees, providing exclusive drink specials, waived covers at venues, professional photographers, and an exclusive after party.

What Were Their Goals?
Crawl With US™ hosts nationwide events multiple times a year. Promoting events like these are a massive undertaking.
They have a lot of success through marketing channels like Facebook. However, with Facebook Ads costs constantly changing, event promoters are all looking for new avenues to promote events profitably.
By using Vesta to promote their events, Crawl With US™ was hoping to unlock a new marketing channel that with a high return on investment.
How Did Crawl With Us Use Vesta?
Crawl With US™ used Vesta in 38 cities to promote their Halloween Bar Crawl to each city’s locally targeted event calendars. They now promote in many more of our nearly 200 markets.
According to Vesta best practices, Crawl With US™ submitted their events well ahead of time to ensure they were picked up by local event calendars. This also gave time for the events to gain traction – not just on the calendars – but also on Vesta’s website and Google Events.
The Results in Detail
While unable to track in-direct purchases that came back to the Crawl With US™ events later on to purchase, Vesta was able to track and verify 8,553 referrals to the ticket page of the Halloween Crawl With US™ events in 2021.
We confirmed later that at least 1,599 tickets came from Vesta using a tracking code.
With an average ticket price of just $20, the return on investment was over 2,003%.
